2. Services

We provide guidance and planning assistance for individuals seeking insurance coverage designed for seniors. Our personal support, whether by phone or meeting, aims to clarify policy options and enrollment steps.

3. Digital Materials

Digital materials include e-guides, online tutorials, and downloadable documents offered for purchase. Access is granted after purchase confirmation.

4. Purchase of Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of printed resource guides, brochures, and related materials delivered by mail to the address you provide.

5. Reimbursement Policy

We offer fee reimbursement under the following conditions:

For live services, you may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no substantive consultation has occurred. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval.
For digital materials, you may request reimbursement within 7 days of delivery. Downloaded files that have not been accessed can be eligible. Approved requests will in a credit to your payment method within 10 business days.
For physical goods, you may request reimbursement within 30 days of shipment. Items must be returned in original condition. Once received, we will process the credit within 10 business days.

6. Service Rescheduling

You may reschedule any live service appointment up to 48 hours before its start time at no additional cost. Requests after this period may incur a processing fee or be treated as a missed appointment.

7. Non-reimbursable Services

Certain services, such as on-site policy reviews and event attendance fees, are non-reimbursable due to resource commitments and administrative costs. These non-reimbursable items are clearly marked at the point of purchase.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any changes.
